 If you look at this photo long enough the bottom does not appear to be as wide as the top which is the illusion. I wonder if any voters will notice it, if you look at the thumb it even appears whacked out. The photo is a feather with water drops that haw the color temp and tint shifted to give it more of a leaf type coloring. Hope you enjoy the illusion!

While it has texture and interest I'm not fond of the color. Maybe it's just me though. Not sure about the composition either. At first I don't like the dark angle on the right but then it sort of compliments the opposite angle of the lines on the other side. Having the round things where they are works though. Is it buttons on a couch or piece of furniture?

The picture just seems to soft to me(even though the droplet areas are sharp).

An image that demonstates the subject matter of the challenge in spectacular fashion with excellant DOF and color control. Both a technical and artistic success that more than adequately meets the challenge subject in particular with the color shades. A very worthy contender for top ten honors and a possible ribbon contender.
