This might look better in b/w. I don't mean that it doesn't look good in color just that b/w "might" look better.

I like this photo and the slow shutter speed you have used, but I think you should have used the full 640 pixels so it could be better appreciated.

I think you're too far away for texture impact. Looks more like a landscape. Pretty spot though.

To me, this is crying out for a closer shot, perhaps even just a tighter crop on some of the wet rocks.

The unfortunate white highlights are a defect that negatively impacts the image and it's intent. A little less exposure and a little closer focal length would have eliminated the branches in the foreground which are distrracting and do nothing to enhance this image.
