Polarizer and grad filter used.

Normal post, curves, darkened the lower half some (as the grad filter was too much).

Very nice job on the sky. The foreground still looks a little right on my monitor. I like the composition very much.

I love the colour contrast between the blight blue sky and the great red that you have captured in the rocks. The reds up there are great. The gradiant filter may have hurt you a little here, as I would love the foreground to be the richer red colours that you have in those rocks, as the colour at the moment i feel is a little light. Also, some adjustment of the greens to get them to stand out a little, giving the foreground contrast between the red and green would also be great, and could make this look stunning.

have you tried a gradient filter on the bottom half? I think that might help the Light to Dark feel in the photo...might try a little more curves/levels (just a little) to make the plants "pop" a little more...
