I think the subject and the expression is worthy but the background and framing is distracting. A closer crop to eliminate whatever that is by the tree would be a great help but the green of the grass and the dappled light is actually quite nice. I'm not seeing evidence of other light sources - just the shadows from the sunlight.

I'm sorry, but I can't figure out what the second light source is...

Multiple light sources? I see ONE -- the sun.

I can't clearly see multiple light sources in this shot, was the flash used for fill?

I think this is a cute picture of this cat. I love cats and am not one of those folks that says, "Not another cat shot!" I say, "Bring 'em on." This one is a bit cluttered however. I know it is hard to get shots of your pets in a perfect surrounding because they go where they want (especially cats). If you could blur the background a bit with an image editing program that would be very helpful. The basket is also distracting but a blurred background might fix this. The cat has a great, 'cat' expression.

Multiple light sources aren't obvious. Technically the photo is a good workmanlike capture except the focus seems a bit off. The shed or tent in the background detracts somewhat.

Keep at it. You have the technical skill. Just apply it to a better subject.

looks like a nice cuddly cat, but the number of light sources employed to assist in composing this image appears to be singular. this doesn't fit the challenge, sorry.

I like the sunshine, and the pose. The background is just a bit distracting.

Poor pussycat with the light in his eyes. I tihnk this image would be more successful if you cropped right in on his squinty eyes and the outline of his whiskers with the grass in the background. You should have a go at this, I think it might be a nice portrait.

pretty kitty, he/she looks blinded hehehe. i think the white thing in the background is very distracting and really takes away from the shot. also I'm thinking a tighter crop to fill the frame with the cat might help.

Very nice kitty cat! Pets are very challenging to take pictures of. I like the way his eyes are squished shut due to the strong sun. The basket is a bit distracting.

This would have been better if the cat was looking at you. I also can't tell if there is fill flash or not in this picture.

How does this possible count as a multiple light source? Also, a title and being in focus would help, even for a snapshot of a cat.
