 This was done by hanging a red and blue ball, (that lights up) in front of a mirror. Used a 3.2 sec exposure in a dark room. The ball had some motion, but most was done by moving the camera.

Btw, I'll probably get hammered on this entry, it's really not my thing, but it was fun to try.

Nice abstract motion, but I would have cropped it smaller. I would have taken a bit off the top and would have stopped around the middle. That's the most interesting part of the photo to me.
