 Child's fishing net twisted and lit by a blue spotlight from the side and above. Bulb exposure 56 seconds at f32, then painted the fire effect with a lazer pen pointing torch.

PS Work -
Channel Mixer to desat the red and bring out the yellow.
Brightness/Contrast
Shadow/Highlight
Saturation up to bring out the blue and colour depth
Dodge/burn to enhance the folds.
