The little girl is standing on solid ground, though shes ghostly, as the grave is sliding off to the right. Nice composition.

Very nice ghostly effect and I certainly would have scored this high. My only nitpick is that there isn't as much contrast around her head compared to dress area and she gets lost a bit in the background.

Wow, I really like the story implied by this shot. Coincidentally, the theme is a bit similar to the plot of a book I'm reading. A nicely conceived and executed photo.
