OK, I am not sure why I gave this a 5 the first time around - on revisiting this image I notice the horizon isn`t straight! (I even checked in photoshop in case my eyes were uncalibrated). Secondly the photo is actually rather boring - there isnt much happening in the sky in the way of clouds, sunbeams etc and the lower half of the photo is just rather dull. Its not really telling me a story, it provokes no emotion in me and has zero WOW-factor. Also there seems to be some vignetting in the lower left corner which unbalances the image even more.

I love the negative space and the reflection of the sky off the water. I could imagine this as a wall mural.

I like the blandness of the sky and water and how they are only separated by that tiny strip of land (rocks?). But otherwise this shot is rather self explanatory.

this isn't quite capturing me. i like the contrast levels, but there just seems to be too much gray tones. perhaps black and white might look more appealing
