| I love many elements about this: the great contrast, silhouette, reflection, mist,and the small point coming off of the mainland. However, I feel like the center figure is just too centered so my eyes get stuck on him and I have to force myself to move around the rest of the picture. Other than that, very nice photo! |

| I think that a lot of shots like this have really saturated colors, and it is neat to see a black and white image like this, both because of its uniqueness and because it gives the image a more emotional feel for me. |

| My first impression was, "Cool." I reallyl like the high contrast in this a nd the way the boarder looks isolated from everything. I don't know what the color version was like, but the bw version rocks. |

| I like the lighting and the subject, but I don't think that the centered composition is the strongest choice for this one. It makes the image a bit flat, without a lot of movement of the eye throughout the photo. |
