this one made me smile. i think i would've used the an apple ... instead of two apples... and i don't quite get the dots in the title (why not complete the words?) but then, this is no title contest. :)
technical -- i like how you managed to get your background almost completely white, you could remove those remaining areas after the challenge is over to make it look even more clean. color of the apples is great, and i like that there's no reflection on them. reflection on the stetoscope is hard to avoid, i know, but even less would've been even better.
composition -- love it. the smiling face works well.

| What can I say. This is a 10 all the way and if anyone gives it something lower they have lost their mind. Wonderful. Great photo qualities . I can't say enough, so what if I say ......IT IS THE NUMBER ONE THIS TIME!!! 10, 10, 10 |
