| I like how the color, lighting and textures flow across the photo. Everything seems woven in with another part of the image and my eye keeps moving from one thing to the next trying to take it all in. It's a beautiful view! |

| Before the others were up, Tom stepped out of the cabin. Looking towards the east, the barren land was painted by the reflections of the sky and a yellow and crimson sunrise. A playful breeze tugged at his unruly hair, and he heard an owl hoot good-night to the day. |

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... this was one of the few images I scored a 10. One of my criteria for scoring a 10 is "Would I have this photo on my wall?" and for this one, I surely would.
I love skies like this, so powerful and dramatic. I can spend ages studying the cloud formations. Good luck for a strong finish in the challenge. |

| I just criticized somebody for having the same kind of black bands top and bottom on their photo, but on yours it works for me for some reason (It think it's the fine gold line between image/border that makes it work here). Anyway, good job. |
