| Thanks to all who took the time to comment. I realized when I submitted it that there is a lot of variation in monitors and that some would not see the shadow details. But I really like this photo, so decided to enter it anyway. Also, I love smooth time-lapsed water as much as anyone, but what really struck me while watching this water is it's roughness, so I deliberately chose a moderate shutter speed that would capture that without freezing individual drops. |

| Wonder b/w!!! The canyon perfectly frames the rushing water. Great job of keeping all the details in the dark areas without blowing out the water highlights. Great work. A fave. |

| Nice rapids through a narrow channel. It reminds me of a salmon stream in Alaska I saw last Summer. This works well in B&W. |
