| I'm always impressed by an image containing a subject that I otherwise wouldn't care for and in this case that's sports images generally. I have to say though, this one is excellent. |

| I'm not a fan of selective desaturation and I am wondering why you chose to use it here. But I do like the composition with the head cut off, it makes us focus on the stength of the arm carrying the ball. |

| I think the selective saturation works here. It has a graphic commercial feel to it like a poster. I might've desaturated all of the green in the number and hint of it on the sleeve of the shirt. |

| I am a big football fan and I like this shot. however the red seems a little oversaturated. A subtle red would have been in order here also the green in the numbers is not appealing.IMO |

| I don't like the selective desat on this at all. However, I think the image itself, beyond that, is excellent. the focus, dof, and composition are outstanding. 8 bumped to 9 |

| Typically, I don't like selective desat, but in this shot, it seems fairly effective. it is a very good capture, and really gives the essence of the game. The noise in the number on the jersey is a bit off-putting as it has a greenish cast to it. |
