DOF too deep.

Here the idea/mood is only provided by the title. What could be done to improve the photo? I think the buggy is too modern. Perhaps, an adult figure is needed maybe somewhere in the background (out of focus). Lighting a bit too full-on. How about b/w or sepia to give a bit of nostalgia.......just ideas.

The border is very bulky when combined with the shot.

shallower DOF and less sharpening would improve this one a lot

Nice effort but this just says to me, "Baby carriage in the middle of a field". The baby carriage without the baby is not interesting enough to be a main visual element, no matter what you title the picture.

Far too oversharpened and contrasty. Not enough here to keep me interested.

Image seems way too over sharpened. and seems a bit over exposed as well. I like the border, and it's a cool idea.

Difficult balance to achieve between concentration on this old pushchair and a suitable sense of isolation. Seems like quite a lot of sharpening has gone on - has that brittle, fine pixelation. I quite like the shot, but it isn't completely getting through to me. 5

Unfortunately, although your shot fits the challenge , I don't think it is one that benefits from the "centered subject" theme. My feeling is that the purpose of the challenge is to find a subject that feels better centered than if you were to offset it. With this picture, although the focus is good and the bright color of the grass is appealing, the stroller, especially coupled with your title, does not give me the sense of Lost Childhood as well as if it were the more typical "rule of thirds" composition.
