Overall good headshot but the hair is a little too sharp. It exhbits too much aliasing, which is mostly evident with the isolated strands. Not a huge deal but I mention it since its noticeable.

Nice portrait. I like the crop and the crispness. The stubble belies the expression and overall look. He looks too kind / normal to be "scruffy".

Fantastic eyes, the really stand out. So clear, so sharp and the rest is a bit scruffy, it's like the diamonds in the rough.
