I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1121 images, I gave 98 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 98, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.
Nice motion blur on the water, but the bridge is nice and crisp and sharp. It almost looks like the garden in France that Monet used to paint many of his famous impressionist scenes of. So tranquil and relaxing, you've captured the scene so beautifully.
Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge. |

So there's taking a picture of water trails and there's taking a picture that uses water trails to create an effect.
This is the latter.

| I like this falls shot better than many. The footbridge gives some context to size, and I like that the colors are natural (you've left some blue cast in the water). Nicely seen and captured. |

Perhaps a lower POV may have added interest, or even a strong B&W conversion? |
