I like what you were going for here, but I don't think you quite made it. Good DOF and composition, but the focus is just not sharp enough on the blade with the beads of water. I think it might have been more effective with some burning of the highlights in the background and if it had been presented in color.

Perhaps a tad soft at the focal point, but overall a lovely macro. The lines and bokeh are wonderful.

I have to say the same, it is nice but its not sharp, why didnt you choose rather maybe less interesting but pic of good quality? ;)

Everything seems a bit out of focus here. Not a very eye catching image. I don't really understand how this can be your best photo ever taken and hidden gem. Could be a contender for the Brown Ribbon.

Nothing in focus, with the hint of droplets along the edge of the leaf and at the end. IMO, this would work better if at least the top droplet was in focus.

I'm sure this has special meaning for you but it is too blurred for me to make out anything specific. As an abstract, it has some interesting shapes and tones.

Nice sweep of the leaf. Like the sepia tone, but for me I like a bit more sharpness on the drops.

Interesting to see how the foreground water droplets complement the bokeh in the BG. Nice. Might have been worth just a tiny increase in contrast/sharpening on the end of the blade of grass in the foreground. Just a tad
