A pretty regular door taken with my P&S

Processing was to crop, Color Efex Pro tonal contrast pumped up a bit past default values; convert to b&w with Silver Efex Pro Holga filter, grain taken down & detail increased a bit; crop once again so the vignetting created by the Holga filter was no longer perfectly centered; run just the color curve bit from the urban acid action and lower opacity to 35% (gives the nice color cast); used the patch tool to cover up the modern lock with more chains; resize, run the sharpen tool over the chains to make crudely sharpen them up, adjust levels, save for web. Hopefully it is more interesting than the original :-)

Good title, made me smile. You off-centered it which is visually correct with the opposing lines. Great detail in the chains! I'm wondering if that's to keep someone out or someone from coming in. Hmm.. who lurks behind the chained doors? Kind of an eerie scenario ;-)

Isn't it amazing what editing can do? This has a great mood and the acidic blue overtones suit it so well. Nice one.

Wow! Can't believe you got this out of that! This is in keeping with the recent spooky/scary trend everyone has been on. Those chains really make you wonder what monstrosity is locked up behind those doors! So cool! Now I'm going to have to come up with something spooky/scary too!
