Looks like a hand painted postcard. I would not have thought that turret to be 100 years old, but I suppose the modern hotel attached to it is misleading.

I don't feel the selective desat has worked for you here, loosing the green in the grass but not in the cafe(?) area looks a little weird, and its also left some notable green fringing around the tree on the right.

What in the world were you trying to do with the desat?? Crop out the tree trunk and put the color back and it's a decent pic, IMO.

Pretty hotel, just something about the colors in this could have been better. I also think the tree in the foreground isn't needed to make the picture.

Would be a lot better if the object on the left was not in the photo, plus the photo is not level.

I love this view from near the beach. I didn't realize the Hotel Del was that old. I think some more saturation would be good here, bringing out the green in the grass and really emphasizing the red roof, and maybe bringing out some blue through the cloud layer..
