Well captured and presented.
03/15/2009 10:12:54 PM
The color looks unnatural in the rail.
03/15/2009 09:04:48 PM
Good composition, but the subject doesn't inspire much of a reaction from me.
03/15/2009 06:14:31 PM
Sharp photo, but not the content I would care for.
03/15/2009 12:46:03 PM

03/15/2009 10:31:56 AM

I like the composition (except I think I would have cropped a little more out so the nuts and bolts took up the greater portion of the shot.
03/15/2009 07:15:21 AM
works as an abtract, good lighting and exposure
03/15/2009 02:54:54 AM
Interesting section of railway track. Is this really the best photo you have ever taken and your hidden gem?
03/14/2009 08:34:56 PM
Good detail with the bonus of reflections in the standing water.
03/14/2009 07:03:07 PM
It's a clear photo with good light but I don't find the subject matter very interesting, sorry.
03/14/2009 05:08:10 PM
Great lines and shapes.
03/14/2009 03:46:17 PM
interesting subject
03/14/2009 01:54:07 PM
Good eye, nicely exposed.
03/14/2009 11:36:33 AM
Nice lines here. A bit of loss in detail on the rail.
03/14/2009 05:48:26 AM
Wonderful details and shapes. Nice brown colors.
03/13/2009 07:07:21 PM
doesnt hold a lot of interest the nuts and bolts are nice and sharp
03/13/2009 06:32:27 PM
Visually, i'm missing something. I do like the bolts though...
03/13/2009 03:42:24 AM
wish it was more interesting.
03/12/2009 08:13:49 PM
Nice use of a diagonal line to lead me through the image.
03/12/2009 01:18:45 PM
Simple pic but a bit on the bright side. Good pic.
03/12/2009 10:19:31 AM
well composed image, i like the light
03/12/2009 08:30:45 AM
This is interesting, I like the composition of the track running from one corner to another. Good DOF.
03/12/2009 07:57:09 AM
Composition is interesting, but the subject is rather bland
03/12/2009 07:32:45 AM
After placing the explosive on the track,Kingston remembered that he had not checked the schedule for the freights arrival time.

Technically very nice, but what is this photo trying to convey? Should I be concentrating on the workmanship of the track? Is it symbolic of something? Or is this just a close-up of a railroad track?
03/11/2009 05:46:05 PM
sorry your subject just isn't all that interesting...but I will say...clear focus, great colors...nothing technically wrong...just doesn't connect with me
03/11/2009 03:11:15 PM
I can't help thinking that a picture of a railway track can hardly be your best shot or a hidden gem... methinks you might be deliberating aiming for the brown ribbon????
03/11/2009 02:55:43 PM
Very clean shot. The water looks so still. Nice cropping.
03/11/2009 12:56:02 PM
Nice that you saw the artistic value in that.
03/11/2009 09:25:30 AM
A very hard subject to make an interesting photo out of. You did a pretty good job though. Nice lines in the composition. The rocks are a little distracting.
03/11/2009 08:18:02 AM
I like the diagonal of the track
03/11/2009 05:07:48 AM
There are a number of focal points.
03/10/2009 08:34:43 PM
makes u wonder how many spikes there are in the world...
