 Playing around downtown with the bronze statues. Wanted to catch some brake lights on the right side with a long exposure time, but not much traffic. Probably better now that I didn't. I didn't crop out the blue sign because I actually liked the color variance between the dull bronze and the bright blue neon. I think it made the picture a bit more modern feeling with an old statue. No editing done except for resize. I probably should have changed the colors of some of the reflections off the nose, but I really really like the shot as it stands. Call me a naturalist.

The image is downtown Lexington, KY, which is where the title came from. Lots of horse business going on here. Thanks for your comments.

Interesting shot, it's not really my cup of tea... the background is distracting, the lighting is harsh, the crop is a little awkward.

I'm trying to tie the horse sculpture & the title together, but I'm sure I'm missing something. It looks like a racing jockey on the horses back, but I'm not sure. You got great focus on the horse's head, and I like that the background is more blurry.

i like your angle and your dof, but the background is just not right for this. the building to the right and the lights to the left are just so distracting
