 One of my favoritist shots ever. I had a lot to choose from -- more than I had anticipated. I had a one night stopover in Paris in January 2006, and got to the Eiffel Tower right around sunset.

came back to give more comments. I feel that the silhouttes are OK, If you could have done a HDR type shot or show more details of the structure instead of just a black silhoutte , then this shot could have been special.

Love this unique view of the tower, very abstract yet we know it is the Eiffel Tower. Well done.

I love how photographers are still finding new and creative ways to photograph the Eiffel, especially considering how long it has been around and how many times it has been photographed. Your photo makes me think that Mr. Eiffel was half spider and this is the web he weaved.

I like the POV here. The border is taking away from the photo IMO. But, I love the contrast between the dark tower and the light sky. Cool photo.

I love the lacy feel of the steel. But I'm not fond of the border treatment ... maybe stroke a hairline against the border?

Unusual angle, I actually really quite like it, the bold black against the blue sky; I don't much care for the border though, not when the subject is the same colour.
