A great detailed view, almost an etching. There seems to be a slight amount of tilt, or at least I perceive some.

Really good black and white tones, not too flat. It does kinda feel like the building is tipping to the right though.

We have see so many capitol photos at DPC over the years, it's tempting to dismiss this. That would be a mistake. With only light and shadow for your tools, you have given us superb definition of the dome. You've given us a winter context. Arguably the best capitol dome photo in a long time and among best in class.

The trees make for a busy photograph, but I don't know if it's possible to shoot that building without getting them in the frame.

It looks like the building is leaning to right slightly. Other than, I think the centered composition works, as well as the b&w

I've been there many times, great capitol building, not sure on the angel here. I think the trees are really distracting and taking away from your main subject. You've done a great job in post with the b/w treatment. Good luck.
