A great detailed view, almost an etching. There seems to be a slight amount of tilt, or at least I perceive some. |

Really good black and white tones, not too flat. It does kinda feel like the building is tipping to the right though. |

We have see so many capitol photos at DPC over the years, it's tempting to dismiss this. That would be a mistake. With only light and shadow for your tools, you have given us superb definition of the dome. You've given us a winter context. Arguably the best capitol dome photo in a long time and among best in class. |

The trees make for a busy photograph, but I don't know if it's possible to shoot that building without getting them in the frame. |

It looks like the building is leaning to right slightly. Other than, I think the centered composition works, as well as the b&w |

I've been there many times, great capitol building, not sure on the angel here. I think the trees are really distracting and taking away from your main subject. You've done a great job in post with the b/w treatment. Good luck. |
