| Weird idea. Original though. There is too much visual clutter off to either side of the frame. It might have worked if it was cropped to just above his head. That would give it a 'caught-in-the-act' claustrophobic effect and eliminate a lot of the clutter (like the outlet/light switch thing directly above his head). I'm not sure I would love it that much more but it would be an improvement. |

| I think the lighting and the contrast on this are a little harsh and low - for the idea of surprise to work, I think a more realistic light source would help. Though it does create some fun shadows. |
