Aikdo practice on the beach, vlado will probably enter from this shoot to as he was also taking pictures here. I think he'll do better. I'm the one upside down in the picture so I didn't have much control over the timing of the shot (as per rules I set up the shot/camera and told someone else when to push the button)

nice shot. i'm curious how you told someone else to snap the frame while you were upside down :)

i'm also curious if your vigenette is legal... ?

this is a wonderful shot...the lighting also serves well to draw attention to the center of the photograph

Well caught action! I only have a problem with the vignetting effect, that even if it tries to center the focus on the action seems a bit odd to me...
