| There is nothing in the content of this photo that represents that 'something that was being driven (such as a car, bus or plane) caused this horrible mess. |

| Tragic accident, perhaps. Unfortunately it doesn't evoke "action" to me... it looks static. |

| I think this would be stronger if it were sharper and if the speed limit sign were more to the side. |

| May have needed a wider crop to get the full impact. Apart from the structure the rest is a little hard to make out. |
