Totaly out of focus. Not very original.

why is nothing at all in focus?

Bet this ends up being a controversial photo. I like the soft focus, helps give it the nervous, uncertain feeling that goes along with nail biting.

While others may not go wild for it, I'm impressed with both the softening and the choice of high exposure. A solid 8 in my book.

Please get your eyes checked. Nothing in this image is anywhere near in focus.

Best of the nail biting shots. Not sure why this is so compelling it just has that "something" about it...well done. 10

This is a bit furthr out of focus than I like. Good use of the theme.

Great crop, nice shot. For me the soft effect doesn't work here. The models skin doesn't appear to have anything you need to hide, I would get that detail from around the lips and fingers.

Way too far out of focus. (unless you meant to do it)
Good composition/cropping.

An interesting way of staging this habit. The soft, soft focus still allows us to see the fingers, lips and teeth. I like the lighting and exposure very much. It gives the habit a rather dreamy quality.

The idea meets the challenge well but the focus is off and it takes away from the picture.

Too out of focus for my tastes. Was this intentional? It looks like you went to the trouble of setting up a light source and creating some nice shadows but then only took one blurry shot and submitted it.

I dont usually like super-soft photos, but this one I do. Good job...

Very pretty photo. The soft focus is nice but seems a little too blurred around the center area which should be more crisp since it is a main focal point.

You need a little focus in this picture. Not very original. Too many nail biting pics.

I would like this much better if the hand were in focus. The composition is good, I like the lighting, and the soft pink of her lips being the only color other than the flesh is a nice touch, but without using a proper depth of field to create a focal point, this turns out to be just an out-of-focus shot.

Not very good focus

kind of fuzzy .... the softness is interesting but fuzzyness is distracting. Fingers are too bright.

Would like to see something in focus, even if it is just a little bit.
