 My wife told me to get lost for half an hour and come back with a cracking shot. I think I fulfilled the brief. The sun was going down and the tide was coming in, conditions were perfect. I used a Tokina 12 - 24 f4 AT-X at 14mm.

It is 9 images tone mapped and then worked a little more with levels and curves, dodging and a little burning, a little cloning too but the biggest part was editing out the fringing, there was a lot of it which was to be expected but the idea was to make it not look like an HDR.

Very nice! HDR really saved that blown highlight and gave you a wonderful finished product.
