Challenge: Tilted Horizon (Basic Editing)
Camera: Nikon D2Xs
Lens: Nikon AF Zoom-Nikkor 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6D
Location: Wilson Hill Rd California
Date: Feb 16, 2009
Aperture: 4.2
ISO: 400
Shutter: 1/50
Galleries: Landscape, Water
Date Uploaded: Feb 17, 2009

It was raining all day and keeping the camera dry was a real challenge. What made this even more stressful to me is that I lost my primary lens while changing to another lens to a drop in the water. What an expensive lesson that is going to be.

The subject and lighting are a little dull and the hills make it hard to see what the horizon is doing.

This is such a lovely shot! I hope that voters' definitions of horizon tilt aren't being as literal as what they appear to be as it would be a shame for this one to be voted down due to a preconceived idea of what horizon tilt means. Simply a gorgeous shot! Hope it's doing well!

The tilt seems to be very marginal. Overall the image lacks "punch". Composition is alright.

Looks more like sloping hills instead of a tilted horizon plus looks a little hazy.

Seems more hilly than 'tilted'? Strong composition however.
