Earl's Service Station (Gilmore Gasoline). Shot with my Canon EF-S 10-22mm USM ultra-wide lens.

Post challenge:

Top 10--Cool! This was a popular subject. It was a replica of a vintage service station and is located in the Los Angeles Farmers Market.

The reason for the low point-of-view is because there were a lot of modern cars and people walking around in the background, so I decided to shoot upwards for a composition that didn't show those modern objects or people.

I wasn't sure about the reflection in the windshield (windscreen) of the clock tower--whether it would be distracting or if it would add to the vintage style that I was after.

Here is one of my outtakes of that same gasoline station:

LOL! Yeah, I brought my tripod but left it in the car since there were tons of people walking around there that day.

Cool old-timey feel to this, I think the color choice works well but the composition feels a little chaotic to me.
