 My first attempt at B&W.
RAW, De-Sat, Crop, Un-Sharpen Mask, Adjustment Layers in CS3. I used a tripod and a 580EX 11 flash with a STO-FEN diffuser cap. Tried not to over sharpen to give a softer affect.
Not sure on the out come, I think I'm a little bias as the subject matter is my lovely son George.
Any comments or pointers would be very gratefully received.

Great focus on the eyes, good use of DOF to blur the background
