On camera flash doesn't help this image.
Try to ues a more imaginitive lighting setup. Either try to get your flash off your camera, or use window lighting or a reflector to make things more interesting and softer. |

| Could use some brightness/contrast, I think. Seems a bit flat. Still, it's sharply focused and I like the catchlights in the eyes. 7 |

| The lighting is a bit harsh. A more balanced approach from both sides would improve this. |
