This is SPLENDID! Wouldn't change a thing about it... except maybe put it in the top 10? |

This is actually a very fine idea. We all know what a cat looks like, so you have instead chosen to show something about the cat. Bojangles casts a jaundiced eye over his domain (Is it Mr Bojangles? Or is it Ms?). The inescapable conclusion is that in this place, The Big Bo rules! If he had a little thought bubble above his head, it would doubtless quote Soiuth Park's Cartman ... "Respect Mah Authoritah!" My only 10. |

I love where you have placed the cat in this photo, but I would like to see the entire head. |

good composition. because of the crop, i'd personally like to see his whole head within the frame. |

too much backround, not enough Bojangles. |

I had to look for him, lol. But, there he is. He must be a shy kitty. |

Oh! I like this...I know that look! Quite a daring composition.I do find myself wanting a bit more contrast, particularly in the lighter areas of the image. |

I really like the idea, but it could benefit by a lot more contrast--it took me awhile to find him! |

Unique take, but it doesn't scream 'portrait' to me. Black animals are very tough to get detail in - as you can see here. Whole picture seems a bit soft. |

It took me a few seconds to find the cat - not a good sign for a pet portrait. |

A nice idea, but your subject is completely lost because of the background clutter |

Too little of the image is focussed. |
