 Shot in the late afternoon on a snowy day in murky daylight. G dog is an 11-year old rescue who came to live with us last September when her owners emigrated. She's a mixed breed labrador cross beagle and a real hound! She's also nigh on impossible to photograph as she is constantly on the move with her nose to the ground.

Shot in RAW and jpeg although I only used the Jpeg shot for this challenge. Shadow/highlight and levels, resized and saved for web in Photoshop.

There's something about her that tugs at my heart, as I am sure you see too. It's neat how you can see both the beagle and the lab in her. I am glad you were able to take her on at a fairly advanced age. There's a special place in heaven for people like you! Thanks for sharing!
