 Two speedlights were used in Repeat flash mode, 1/64 power, one on the left using an umbrella and one on the right. A black fabric was used as a background.
The apple was hanging from above as a pendulum. Some force was applied on it to create this erratic movement.

good idea / the oof area on the left is distracting
i like the ghost images
wonder if shots that were perpendicular to the apple would have done better .??
