 A reinterpretation of:



I tried to stay as faithful to the original composition as possible, added some 'fairy lights' for some bokeh and used a distant flash aimed from the side and put a few drops of water on the rose for added interest.

I had a really easy job with the subject matter so I'm sure I won't be the only one to honor this work.

Getting nice round bokeh from a wide open aperture whilst ensuring a usable depth of field was the tricky bit. I hope it doesn't still appear out of focus.
