An obvious challenge entry for me. A legitimate way for me to have a portrait entry. It's not always easy for my to balance developing portraiture skills and avoiding the shoe horn. However, a fun entry where I set up a high key entry with my daughter's face. I had about twenty of my photography/photoshop magazines out to get the processing right for this one. Hopefully there'll be no reason for my to redescribe how I processed this, because I'm not sure I'll remember!!!!

Nice shot, the softness of the skin is a nice contrast to the vibrant eye. Find the light spot next to the pupil a bit distacting ... 8

Like the color. Not sure why its seems to have too much noise. what it shot at higher ISO ?

This is textbook on how to shoot an eye (and preferable to "poking" one out...). Color and clarity are stellar, but the surrounding skin area is waaaay too softened for me.
