I have taken the essential elements from this photo, the fence and the snow. Also converted the image into black and white like the original.

Hope that it doesn't get the brown ribbon !

The original: is truly horrible! Your image is a fair representation but I wonder if you could have been a little more faithful to the overall composition; portrait orientation, a more oblique angle, and a focus on the snow layered on top of the fence?

Having said all that, this is a nice picture in its own right. Good job.

This is really beautiful, but I can't find the brown ribbon it honors. Only voting on those I recognize.
