Used a flash only with the regular room light. took over 100 photos over 3 days until I got this one in the bathtub.

Really nice action capture, my only complaint would be the shadow in the background.

On camera flash doesn't help this image.
Try to ues a more imaginitive lighting setup. Either try to get your flash off your camera, or use window lighting or a reflector to make things more interesting and softer.
