Thanks for the feedback everyone - especially the constructive feedback. I will definately be paying close attention to the background when shooting in macro. I am very excited photo did so well.

| A nice macro. It's a shame about the dark blob at the bottom of the frame in the background though, which I find distracts a lot from the bud |

This is the first shot i vote in this challenge and a i have to comment it. The colors are great, so as the background with this beatiful bokeh, it meets the challenge perfectly and i think it will score well! I love the light too! I just found two things that can take some points from you, which are the black parts of the background, mostly that one on the upper left, they are distracting but that can be changed with a different background. And the parts whithout focus on the main object could be better in my opinion, maybe trying to put those parts at the same focal plane, but this was probably hard.
I`m not very experient but that was my opinion, i hope you get a good score! I`m giving a 7! |
