I like the reflection in the water but I don't care for the top part of the image. Maybe that's just me but it doesn't appear to have a natural look about it. The bottom half of the image is quite nice. |

One of my favorites of the month so far. A sublime balance of reflections and the rocks below the surface.
*Nit Pick Alert* The top of the peak appears a bit too bright. It could just be my monitor but it looks like the higlights could be reduced a bit. A little rotating could help as well. |

i like how the reflection of the water adds some depth to the water in the foreground - i do agree with a couple other commenters that the mountain seems just a wee bit oversharpened |

This is a very pretty photograph. The ice, and the sun lit mountain top must have made this a real challenge to get properly exposed. Great job! |

Beautiful reflection in the water, I think it might be just a touch over sharpened but still a lovely scene. |

I love the colour of the light on the top of the mountain and the balance of the reflection. It just seems a little tilted to the left and a touch oversharpened on the mountain.
Overall, nice shot though. |

This is a very beautiful setting and you did a good job of a difficult exposure. I like every element of the photo, but something about the whole composition does not grab me. I can't put my finger on it, maybe it's just that there's nothing that draws me into the picture. |

A horizontal crop at edge of lake
would provide one interesting composition. Not sure what to do with the top half.
It looks a great spot.

Yes, it was sharpened a bit, but not a bunch. Mostly for the trees... Some unsharp mask was applied too (clarity adjustment in lightroom).
Local brush adjustment is like burning an area to darken it a bit (local adjustment of an area). |

Really nice place...like the colors they are well balanced, what exactly is local brush exposure? you didn't list sharpening...it looks a little over sharpened...but I like the overall of the photo..the reflection on the pond is really nice. I think you early morning hike was worth it... |
