dof too shallow, light from sides and back to prevent glare. excellent macro shot, though. |

The "opposites" concept is obvious - that's good. I don't understand why the set in the background is included given that the set in the foreground is in better focus and conveys the same message. Perhaps you might have extend the series (include more battery pairs) or reduced it to a single set. |

Looks like a focus problem on the back set of batteries. Background is nice though - doesn't compete with the subject. |

good idea for a macro shot, but I think you should have come in even tighter (or just cropped tighter) The batteries are just floating within the whitespace above and below them. The whitespace is not complementary to the subject in this case. |

I don't know if you used a macro mode or not, but the focus could have been a little bit more clearer on the batteries on top. maybe the subject focus was off center. |

Nice flash! you should use existing light and mabye a fill, but a direct flash is just too much. |

a bit out of focus .... the plus and negative could have caused some arcs too .. |
