| I can see that inside the bridge would be an oasis of quiet in the noisy city, but to convey that in a more immediate way I think you needed to be inside looking out. |

| Trying to find the point of focus here. Not sure how this meets slence witht he traffic rushing by below. The processing does nothing for me, there is not enough contrast to really make an impact on me......... |
