This is really good. The tack sharp focus on the face just jumps out at you -- out of all that beautiful soft bokah. Fabulous photography here!

Feathers look a little in disarray, which makes me think he felt you were intruding taking his picture when he wasn't groomed properly ;-) Very nice composition and DOF to show this guy off. |

He's looking at you like, "Who DO you think you are, taking my picture?" |

Makes me smile! I love him looking back over his shoulder at you. Lovely DOF to get such wonderful bokeh and that bright spot is perfectly placed to highlight him. |

This is a very good photo, a beatiful little bird pearched on a barbed wire fence! The setting and the wind blown feathers bring interest to the viewers eye. Nice composition! :O) |

PAW - Excellent DOF and good timing on the capture of the bird. Nice coloring on that swallow. They are much different than the barn swallows where I grew up or the swallows near here at Mission San Juan Capistrano. |

A handsome bird. The pose shows off a variety of field marks nicely, and the 'halo' effect of the b/g bokeh is perfect. |
