This is a nice image, but I can totally hear the sound of crunching snow when I look at it. I really like the lines of the shadows, but perhaps a little more contrast (making those blacks more black than gray) would help the dynamics. Over all, a good image, but not super quiet.

| nice light and very nice setting. the snowy road with no traces is the image of silence. I would have probably framed it differently to give the scene a more interesting cut. A bit (half stop) underexposed as well, IMO. Still a nice shot anyhow. |

| The snow has been nicely exposed and shows good detail but the forest area in the background looks a little flat and can be improved upon by giving it a touch of contrast. Conveys a good feeling of silence and the path leads the eye nicely into the picture. 6 |
