I love seeing green images right now! We still have snow...
Great texture in the image.

I like the greens and diagonal cause by the fern. The undersides of the other leaves give some nice contrast and balance to those in the foreground. |

Another great shot. Execellent colors, and DOF. Just to nitpick, lighting in the front on fern is little flat. |

Brilliant pattern in them. I like how the ferns in the background compliment the foreground fronds. |

I really like the detail and dof in this. The leaves on the other side remind me of a double take effect, very cool! |

So lovely. Colours gorgeous - agree with pulling down the hilights a smidge. Love the shadows, they look like a second row of leaves! |

PAW - Very nice shot. I don't think that's a shadow below but the other half of the branch. Beautiful background bokeh. Is it really shot at f13? I guess you're really close. Quail Gardens is a great place for plant pictures. I went there one time on a "free Tuesday" before heading down to Balboa Park for "free museum Tuesday". Nice cheap shooting day other than the accident I got in when I hit traffic on the 805. |

I really like the shallow DOF on this one. The bokeh-ed (is that a word? hehe) background looks like a painting. |

This is very nice!! The symmetry of the fern along with vibrant colors is excellent. |

Isn't this like a breath of fresh air when most of the weather is getting snow and ice. Even here in Texas, we are hunkering down for one of those gray, rainy, cold days with threats of ice and sleet. Beautiful splash of life for Week 4 :)

Cool texture and arrangement. Maybe a little bright. |

Feathery and delicate, lovely! If mine I might try selecting the Yellow channel in Hue/Sat and then adjusting the Hue slider slightly right for a greener effect... just a thought. |

Good DOF. Perhaps a bit over exposed. Maybe adjusting curves a tad would make a difference. |

Lovely. I like the repeated pattern made by not only the fern leaves but also their shadows. Good depth of field, too. |
