I like the tone of this image. Its a normal everyday sight to see people walking and shopping, yet this image show that everyday sights are some of the best subjects for the camera. Great image. |

The busyness makes this one, that and the mannequins that seem to be almost human-like. |

I really like this one. I think it is neat how the mannequins become part of the scene like they are interacting with the "real" people. Or maybe, the real people are so busy doing their own thing, they become inanimate and have no personality and the manniquins are the "real" part of the scene. |

I was going to comment about the woman walking out of frame and give a canned statement about how that wasn't good for the composition when I realized that she makes the picture. Her apparent rush to get out of frame (and that she's of course out of focus) adds to the sense of busy-ness, especially when compared to the couple further back, just strolling along with nowhere to be and nothing to do. Makes me want to write a K10Dguy story! |

The blur of lensbaby adds to the rushed feeling. Very cool. |

Nice work. I guess those guys in the background are white because they don't get much sun? ;) |

lol, the comments shocked me for a second then saw clever Deb has 2 SC's going on. Can't read the writing, it may as well be in a foreign language!
Glad to be viewing one of your LB shots Deb and yes, looks like it was made for your kind of work - very (very) nice! |

Ooh, this is so great. Really like it. First time I'm totally sold on the merits of a lensbaby. Love the drama and interplay between mannekins and real people. |

Some of those people seem to be more mannequin like than the mannequins! Nice pic, I rather like it as well! |

It's funny how the mannequins look more engaged than the humans. |

This is great! I keep having to look at it and it tells me a different story each time. Particularly like the guy in green. He seems so out of place just by color alone. |

I like how the dummies look like part of the crowd. At first glance I didn't notice them. |

Sweet! Street photography and lensbaby all at the same time! I think I like it more than you do. It has the right feel, which is the important thing on these kind of shots. |

Yep, an intriguing pic alright. Something I notice is the vertical line in the center and the way it breaks at the top of the concrete and then jumps back left through the window frame... that seems to fit with the rest of the photo so perfectly. I rather like it also. |

Your city shots are just excellent. I love the hurriedness of all of the pedestrians. The red purse ties in with the sign and other areas here and there in the shot. GREAT editing. |

Yep, it does have a weird entertainment value. It's got to the way the mannequins are checking out the people, as if they've never seen such creatures before. |
