 I like the branches on this dead tree. So do the birds. There is always at least one bird on it.

Thanks to Bear_Music for the processing lesson. We worked on another image, but I applied what I learned to this one.

Nice surprise in the mail 10/31/09 -- this shot was chosen as the third place winner for landscapes in the Florida Wildlife Federation annual photo contest.

The processing on this is wonderful. I love how the tree has beautiful light on it. It stands out so well from the background. I gave this a 7 :)

This very much reminds me of Bear's marshes - now I know why! Lovely work with the processing, but a very gorgeous shot to begin with as well. I really like how the tree, even though no longer living, still serves a very useful purpose, and I like the warmth of this - a picture of a dead tree but full of life!
