 Last minute location idea and I think it turned out pretty good. I couldn't get the real shot I wanted of the waterfall and the forest surroundings because it wall all fenced off, as it was I was hanging over the edge to get the best angle I could and to keep the power lines out of the shot.

Now this shot is just plain cool. I can't describe exactly what it it, but the texture just feels so right for the snow and lighting. It has a nice dreamy feel to it. It's very pleasing to the eye.

Too much HDR for an Ansel Adams look. I like the result--just doesn't look like Adams.
