 Speedlight through a shoot-through umbrella plus a reflector.

Cloned out imperfections in the skin, some dodging at some points, and smudge tool on the nose.

Curves, usm, resize.

Actually, I like the result.

Lovely eyes and a great shot. I like the composition and crop. You might have been going for a shallow depth of field to get the attention drawn to the eyes and glasses but wish you had included the mouth.
All in all a great shot!

Her expression here is so great, so natural, this picture would have done so well on the personality challenge also. There is something about this picture that is welcoming, inviting, and familiar. Well done.
